The rest of my videos have been off of my Moto Edge+ 2023, which recorded properly. For whatever reason my other phone I used last night and this morning (galaxy note9) auto stopped/started at the 22:40 mark so that shows 9 videos instead of 4 in storage/gallery.

I got a 'little' more stuff done on the teardown. Check out the 4 part Engine Teardown series on my channel... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuWi6U ... VAi_ZuKEzQ

I will be recording the entire shifter removal process and an exciting 'test' within the next week. I hope the test doesnt let me down. You'll see what I mean.
The 'meat' of the trailer build should begin in the third or fourth week of October. Gotta mow and clean cars before then. Its a hefty $125 just for the new wall steel, not including the tongue. If you think that's crazy, wait until I tell y'all about accidentally  :D  spending $160 on a pair of retro 6x9 speakers. But that's a teaser you must live with until the speaker setup reveal which will be after the wall and ceiling are done.

Update
1. Yesterday, I went to the pick and pull in Dallas and picked up some very special speakers from a special car, mid-2000s, possibly the most wild pre-2010 Volvo audio setup. <--Yet another exciting teaser. The audio department has gotten expensive for the trailer.
2. Today I removed the crankshaft girdle and the block is now down to itself. I also began the driver side test frame/chassis cut with metal cut disc on angle grinder, but I have to finish tomorrow or Saturday with a reciprocating saw. I got behind the grinder so the shards would not strike me. When I sat down, my butt went down on the remainder of the dashboard and it crumpled and broke into a hundred pieces. :D  So fun! 8)

BIG update!

I did the test cut on the front driver side frame/chassis rail. See attached pics.

Angled frame rail means I'll slide in a foot or two of 2"x3" tubing on both sides (angled) with 1" of free space on the end, then screw them into place, then weld that end closed. That will leave 1" of frame rail to weld on the beginning of the tongue. After that i can weld the 1" closed. Later I will upload a rough demo sketch with the test cut. Also I will hopefully show a full size chalk drawing of the tongue on my driveway. By using chalk, someone is bound to think I'm drawing hopscotch or butterflies. 😜🤪🤓😆😎

Edit: I took a couple pics of inside the frame rail. There's a lot of structural stuff and not enough room for a 2x3 so I think I'll do the 1" weld and patch. That'll be plenty of rigidity.

So I finally have all of the audio-related equipment for the trailer. I just bought the amp dedicated for the subwoofer. Teaser: its a retro mid-upper tier German brand that did not market much, if any, in the US. But supposedly they make some of the best audio gear.

Teaser/spoiler: 1x C70 4x100 (alpine v12) amp, the sc-811, 8-10 speakers, sub amp, 2 tuned passive radiators, and 1 sub are all going into the trailer. 😜🤓😎🕺

And yes I will share that notebook page with Approximate and exact costs when the project is done. Plus I'll note down how much the 'MSRP' is. Insurance company has to have that.

Edit: I will not be painting the exterior until March-April next year because I don't have $600 for paint+supplies for that part of the project. I will likely use some upscale white spray paint to rid the interior of exposed red paint. Before anything goes in after the wall install, I have to strip out everything to sand+prime+paint.

Hi! This will likely be my last little bit of trailer bits until I save up some money to get the steel and paint/primer for the new wall. Im worried the cold will move in before I can do any painting. And I must prime the new wall as soon as I put it up. I think you can guess where this is going. I should have not procrastinated so late into the year.

Here is the last bit though. Three videos on scarce walkthroughs. See my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuWi6U ... VAi_ZuKEzQ

Please be sure to check out what I have for sale. Lots in classifieds.

I realized about a couple weeks ago that I didn't need to wait to buy the steel or paint to post more updates.

I did my best to, as accurately as possible, draw, trace and measure what part of the the chassis top I needed to cut in order to put that steel wall in. I had to stop and go get a yardstick and angle tool to figure out the whole thing. It turned out very messy. I might go back again and use rubbing alcohol to erase most of it to redo. I'll upload a better picture after I redo it.

The A/C will be the 2nd to last thing I put in or I'll have to remove the future ceiling setup to put it in. That was a fleeting thought I just had as I clicked to start typing here.

In the pics you can see the things I've looked at and worked on. Those are carpet and hardwood options I have picked out, which I will get samples of. My minor/mild depression is keeping me from picking cooler/darker colors. Dark rustic bamboo is so cool. But I'll stick with lighter oak I think. I've got sort of a development going on with the Volvo factory trunk floor boards. Once I get the next step prepped, I'll record another video. I'm considering (DIY) tye-dyed curtains because I can't decide on 1 particular color.

The calculator you see says 2x 10s. That's the pair of passive subwoofer radiators. The set of 3 subs including those 2 rads will be a part of the thinnest sealed 'enclosure' ever made, I guarantee. I won't specify anything about that (except the word 'integrate') because it'll be super cool. All speakers (despite being 3 brands) will follow a particular theme and will match. My hope for the bass setup will be to have more sound quality (SQL) than bump (sound pressure or SPL) so productions like Zombieland and The Mask will be more immersive. Yes I'm going to attempt to store a 'small' TV. The batteries I've picked out (not bought yet) are crazy powerful and I'm excited to show them during the unveiling a few months from now.
