You can get the owners manual from www.volvocars.us

service manual not that I know of. There is a online manual for a 1995 850 (see sticky above) but I am not sure how much of that will apply to your car.

You can purchase a service manual subscription from Alldata.
I have manuals for my 850 and V70, and I find them very thorough with fairly good photographs. They include wiring diagrams but no parts catalog.
