Hey all,
i just replaced some incredibly worn out motor mounts on a v70 i bought, which now allowed me to hear a horrible scraping sound coming from the front of the car when accelerating.
I hear nothing when revving, coasting or decelerating, only when accelerating or cruising at 120kph+. the scraping is constant but pulsating sound. the car also wobbles a bit under heavy acceleration.
Does this sound familiar to anyone here, maybe a common issue i have overlooked?
Any and all input would be appreciated.

Loose brake backing plate that got bent while you were working?
A rock between the brake pad and rotor?
A worn out brake pad touching the rotor?

There are some possibilities and based on your description, your issue is when the drive train is under load so Thats where I suggest your focus. These are strictly my opinion. I think your likely culprit is a bad CV joint.
While it is not definitive - there could be other issues based upon what year, what drive train AWD, FWD mileage etc i think this is a good candidate to check.
1) CV joint issue (inspect your CV joints and boots) look for tears, leaking gease or excessive play. The main symptom of a bad or failing CV joint would be clicking as your turn. However they can also cause vibration and or the wobble you describe under load.
depending upon how far into failing a CV joint is you can experience the following:
Noise only under acceleration, not coasting or revving in neutral.
Pulsating or rhythmic scraping is typical of an inner CV joint.
Wobble or vibration under load
More noticeable at highway speeds when the joint is under steady torque.
There are a ton of videos out there which can walk you through how to check for a bad joint.
Keep us posted.
