Yeh. Scrap that. The mounts are shot when I compared to new ones online. Transmission mount is sinking in as well.

I'd love to know too. My fob has been eaten up by a battery leak and doesn't work even after cleaning and new battery.

Thankfully, mine just seemed to need to be cleaned to get it working more reliably. I didn't even change the battery, after checking that with a meter. I think the only time I've ever seen one of those coin lithium batteries leak was in an old computer, for the CMOS memory. I wonder if your battery was the original Volvo issued part.

That looks to be the whole thing, not just the case. It's also out of stock. For my 99, I was able to buy new cases, and swap over the original Volvo guts and essentially have new fobs. I've done the same with my Chevy truck.

I’ve programmed mine with the 850 android app, but that seems to be up to 98.

I remember reading something on swedespeed that 99 onwards could be programmed in if you have vida.

My rough idle saga continues.

I got a fuel pressure tester with a right angle adapter and while I got it working, its a hot piece of garbage. More on that later.

Initial fuel pressure at key position II was 38PSI then quickly dropped to 34 PSI and leveled off at 25 PSI after about 1 min, after about 5 mins 20 PSI was the final number. For fun I disconnected the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose while the engine was running and saw no difference in the rough idle. No fuel in the vacuum line so maybe the FPR is ok. Now I'm concerned about the check valve in the fuel pump.

I bought the CTA fuel pressure gauge from FCP as they had the best price and it got here super fast. I hate this tool. When tightened, the right angle adapter leaks fuel which ruins the test. I had to put my own O-ring in the cuff and use a narrow vice grips to hold the fuel rail end steady. I learned the fuel rail end will just free spin when enough force is applied. Did not know that. So after tightening the adapter way passed reason, it sealed. BUt now there is no way to release the fuel pressure without either A) unscrewing the fitting or B) (the fun way) disconnecting the quick connecting fitting spewing all the fuel out at once in all conceivable directions. Even the harbor freight fuel pressure gauge has a pressure release with a drain hose. I am not impressed FCP.

1999 -on need VIDA AND a paid subscription amd connection to the Volvo server. A remote is programmed amd pinned to the VIN just like a chipped key.

Chieber - those hydraulic motor mounts ( the two grenade shaped ones that are fire and aft in the subframe) don’t need replacing unless they are leaking fluid. Those don’t look bad. Your right ( car) or front ( engine) mount looked looked it was collapsing to me in your photo. Compare to new. Make a thread with photo measurements if you need help with that.
