Greetings,
My 1998 S70 recently had service done on it. I've noticed that since then, my low coolant red light come on when I turn on the ignition and it stays on for about 30 seconds. Then it goes off and doesn't come back on.
Should I be worried about this? Can I buy some coolant fairly cheap and fill it up myself just in case? If so, what do you recommend?
Thanks.

Hi,
I just had service done to my 1999 S70 and the coolant light started coming on for approx. 30 seconds and then would go off. I added some pemix coolant to the reservoir and it hasn't come back on at all. Hope this helps.

Possible explanation for the above is that if the shop flushed the cooling system they did not take time to get all the air out. The mix is 50/50 antifreeze and water. Notice there are hot and cold level marks on the reservoir.
