Volvo 850 Turbo 1995 - Replacing Windshield Washer Reservoir

I have a Volvo 850 Turbo, 1995, that has never given me any problems. My windshield washer reservoir has a leak. I know this because I pour in fluid and it begins to slowly drain out. I just purchased a replacement reservoir for it but have no idea on what I need to do to replace it. Do I have to take off the tire or is there a more simple way?

hello welcome to mvs

the reservoir is located on the front passenger side of the car near the front bumper. its underneath

you can easily located it from the filler neck, its held underneath by 3 bolts.

you have to unplug the connectors from the windshield washer motor and fluid level indicator from the top...the unplug the main hose that comes from the ww motor..

from underneath its pretty forward remove the 3 bolts theres one in front, one on the side near the engine and one in the back near the wheel well...there is a gasket between the container and the cars metal frame remove it to use it again...installation is reverse on removal
