Really? We're doing this? ;)

I don't know about ya'll, but like abscate's, my "weak P80 brakes" locks my back wheels easily at speed. So...

I don't recommend it either... it wasn't fun at all.

Right, since I finally have some more time off work, decided to figure out the cruise control situation. I didn't have time today to pull out the battery and tray to inspect the vacuum lines, but I did inspect the pedal switches. The brake switch is almost all the way in (it presses in like a hair more). The clutch switch is about halfway in. I'm thinking that one is probably the problem. How do I adjust the button/switch things so that they are completely depressed when the brake / clutch are disengaged?

Do you mean compressed while the brake/clutch disengaged?

Marketing myth.

My Flaps (Advance) is cheaper, faster and going there supports a business that's useful. Lines at Walmart are 10-15 minutes minimum in comparison

This is not true where I live. Oil at Walmart is around $16 for a 5 quart jug. Oil at advance is around $26 for a 5 quart jug. I check out through the garden department. The line there is never more than two people long.

In fact, any fluid needed for vehicle maintenance is much cheaper at walmart here. The Purolator filters I use cost 2 dollars less at walmart back when they stocked them. It pains me every time I have to shell out the extra money for the same thing at Advance.

That low price comes at a cost.

I stopped all regular shopping at WM after watching the video of their SJW CEO blasting white guy manufacturers reps. What a stupid thing to do. I even sent her a letter. Never a word back. Guess she doesn't need my green $$.
