Fuel pressure regulator

Should fuel be spraying from the FPR into its vacuum line on my "94" 850 ?

no. bum fpr. Replace it and dont drive it until you do.

NO it shouldn't!
It's suggested not to drive it until that fpr is replaced....the car will barelly run (if run at all)with all that raw fuel dumped into vacuum line!
