No connection to the ecu v70 98

Im trying to bring a 1998 V70 2.0L back to life again. Car was running normal, then one day after it was turned off, it decided to go into hybernation after draining the battery.
Status as of now is that when the key is turned, the CEL light doesnt light up, and there is 0 reaction from fuelpump and starter. The key is the original one and the alarm turns on and off.

I had a short look at it this summer, where we jumped the fuelpump, and it was working fine, camsensor was checked with 304 ohm so that should also be fine, and the car should have cranced anyway. didnt try to check for spark, as it seems the problem occurs earlier in the startup. The Ecu was taken out and lit up the CEL light in my car, didnt try to start it as i has a turbo and this was a NA ecu, but since we got a light, I recon the Ecu from the NA was working, I do have a Spare turbo ecu i can test with, but i doubt it will do anything.

So the plausible things i can think of is grounding, i did see that one of the engineblock grounds was broken, can that be enough for the ecu to not power up? Will have a closer look at the rest of the grounding points next,1 under the battery, 2 from the engineblock, and one close to the right headlight, any i have missed then?.

Could the battery drain have fouled the alarm imobelizer so that it doenst register the keyfob properly even if it turns on and off. Is there a proper procedure for linking it up again, turn the ignition to pos 2 5 times then hit lock and unlock?

same goes for the imobelizer, if I take the boks and key from my car, will that work?

The immobiliser can get confused when the battery is disconnected and re-connected. With the battery connected, put the key in the driver's door lock and lock/un-lock the door lock a couple of times and that should re-set the immobiliser.
