'96 850 vacuum line on intake manifold goes?
USA 1996 850 turbo 2.3 L. Hey guys, there's a vacuum line on the passenger side of my intake manifold. Assuming the previous owner cut it and I have no idea where it goes?

I'm going to guess it is the line to the nipple on the passenger side of the intake manifold, towards the fender. Take a look, is there a line attached there?
Probably needs a full PCV service.

So there's there's short 1-2 inch rubber hose making a right angle coming from the intake manifold that connects into a plastic hose with the inside diameter about big enough for a toothpick or two, the plastic hose cuts off after a few inches.

Yep, I'm talking about this one, #3:

The routing in those pictures is not original, not like what you will see on your car, but that hose is supposed to run along behind the intake manifold, past the distributor cap and all the way over to the PTC in the air intake pipe, buried down on the driver's side of the engine bay near the firewall. It sounds like it doesn't on your car. Usually when that hose is broken the car will also have a CEL due to a P0172 code.
Just get a generic rubber vacuum line from the nipple over to the PTC, if you can't fix the whole thing right now. Your car needs a full PCV service.
