I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for Matt's great service at Midwest ABS. This my second module for my almost 300k ride, & I wish I would have known he was out there the first time.

Shipping was prompt, core return directions clear, and the socket inclusion is a thoughtful touch, all at a great price. His website is an excellent reference too.

I agree with all the others above. Not worth doing yourself. Matty has a better warranty than my soldering work!

Does anyone else out there think we should all be sporting a little "Midwest ABS" sticker on our P80s? Come to think of it, I think an MVS sticker would be awesome, too. Small ones, like the ones FCP Euro used to send out... Or am being too eager to engage in a form of tribalism here?

Timely topic; I just mailed my ABS Module to Midwest ABS for resuscitation. Those small E5 screws were a pain to remove, hopefully re-installation won't be that bad.

Now Matt that is an excellent idea. How about having a batch of T-shirts made up to order with a focus on the MVS logo but perhaps including a bunch of the business supporters of MVS and good guys like Matty at Mid-West. I'd certainly be up for buying a couple in vast 3XL format or tent which ever comes in the larger...Hmmm! Price them at maybe $15-20 or whatever makes sense with a profit margin to go toward the web-site maintenance and all those good administrator folks! How about some coffee mugs or stress balls!!!

Have them made to a pre-order format so you don't get stuck with a bunch.
