Part number

I was wondering if anyone might have the part number for the security light that goes on the dash. Mine looks like something has been chewing on it. I pulled it our but unfortunately the part number is on a small piece that has already broken off. If anyone has the part number or knows where one of these might be purchased I would really appreciate it.

Grey 9162 940-2
Granite 9442 868-7
Beige 9168 245-0
Oak 9168 246-8
