I'd look at the oil filler cap or the small breather hose.

Oil up on the top of the engine like that is usually only from a bad seal on the oil filler cap (90% of the time). Aftermarket oil filler cap seals sometimes are too thin and the cap does not seal fully. A new seal should make the cap firm to turn.
Other issue could be the breather pipe that comes from the oil collection canister in the PCV and runs up to between cylinder #2 and #3 may have split or not be tightened enough.
The oil down the back of the engine probably comes from the top here as there is a drain that runs directly down to that point if you look at your picture it is at the back right looking at it.
I would also do the rubber glove test to make sure the PCV clean was successful. Place a glove over the oil filler hole (cap off) and start the engine and see if it inflates. Rev the engine to be sure. If it does then you have not cleaned the ports out enough on the front of the engine block.
Did you clean the PTC nipple on the intake pipe to the turbo?
Neil.

It actually looks pretty clean around your oil cap. Another place it could be coming from is in the "hole" that's between cylinders 3 and 4. It goes down to the lower half of the head. There is sealer around the base of the hole but when you start to get crank case pressure that's one of the first places they leak. Clean the top of the engine completely, then get all of the oil out of the hole until it is bone dry. Leave the plastic cover off and go drive around for ten or fifteen minutes. When you get back home check to see if there's any oil in the hole. If there is than that's your culprit and whoever did your pcv system didn't do a very good job. The pcv system on my car had just been done before I purchased it. I did the glove test. The glove didn't get blown up but it wasn't sucked in either. I thought that it was ok. Turns out whoever did the pcv job didn't clean the ports on the block. I redid the pcv system making sure to clean the ports on the block. No more leaks.

Good luck! Let us know how you get on and if you find the source of the problem.
