ABS fault 312, 322. 850 T5M 1994 MY Topic is solved

** UPDATE **
Firstly I have had no real resolve, well maybe a little tease.
I went ahead and purchase Volvo part# 9442888 and set about the installation of the new replacement wiring, this wiring is only short and is only intended to be patched into the existing wiring harness near the fuse box (RHD car). suggesting a possible fault in the wiring can occur within the wheel housing. I found mine to be in good order and even the plug and their notorious break down of the sealing plastic within the connector were remarkable good.

Chasing the wiring up inside the engine bay at firewall, this casing houses the wiring loom, easy enough to pull a part and expose.

Straight forward here clip the new wire to lenght and break into the existing abs wire that follows onto the ABS module.

I wont bother you with my soldering attempt i can be some what hit and miss with my attempts, however I successfully integrated the new wires into the loom.

So I initially had success clearing the codes which I had not had previously, yee haa 1-1-1.
Went back and checked again code 312 is back and wont clear + ABS light on, TRACS light appears clear.
(Fault code 312 - Right front wheel sensor. open/short)
I haven't eliminated the ABS module yet and to be honest I don't think it is on my car, I have eliminated the ignition switch which I have read about on forums as an issue. I am yet to do my brake fluid which I am disgusted to say I have neglected and is looking very unpleasant.
Next step will be the outcome of the brake fluid flush.

Hi

Just an update on this repair. It has now been rectified with the replacement of a faulty anti-lock ABS Relay Part#3515 632.
Located behind the ABS module.
The ABS module lives for another day.
One thing I took from this experience, I should have researched more thoroughly as I had found reference material on the net which would have saved me spending $110.00 on some wire.
