102K miles on new PCV. I can replace it, but it won't solve my stumble/stall issue when the engine reaches temp.

Initial start up, the engine runs smooth, I can drive it and responds normal. This is what it sounds like AFTER reaching temp (temp gauge needle centered). Higher rpm's, stumbling is not as noticeable. Eventually the engine will stall, especially in gear.

If you unplug the MAF when the car is off and then drive around for a while, does it still stumble when the engine gets hot?

You have oil in the distributor. clean the cap and electrodes. The cam seal probably fell out, remove the rotor and take a look.

Unplugged the MAF and started it, immediately stumbled. Plugged MAF back in, still stumbling bad...didn't need any time to warm up.

No, the PCV probably won't fix this, but keeping the cam seals in place and oil off of the distributor might help. I don't know that it's the root cause of this issue, though.

This is unusual. The car should run just fine with no MAF.

I missed the bit about the oil and condensation in the cap. Definitely need to clean it out and more importantly check the cam seal. This is almost certainly the cause of the problem. As suggested cleaning the PCV may help prevent recurrences.

Yes....if the Maf is bad.
This shows that the problem is not the MAF.

I suspect that it is the oil in cap & rotor like allready suggested...but could be something else which makes problem when it's heat soaked.
Something like relay, probably ground or b+ cable.
I would suggest a voltage drop test across cables or simple charging voltage test across battery terminals with a multimeter when problem occurs.
Let somebody to keep the gas pedal, not allowing the engine to die while you check charging voltage across battery terminals.
