Greetings-
My rear defrost was lame (took a while to get the "fog" off the window). When I brought it to the dealer for something else, I mentioned it. Upon picking up the vehicle the sales person said, "oh, there was no charge for the rear defrost issue, we just increased the temperature at which it works (or something like that)". When I got in the car both temp knobs were set on the highest value, so I figured that they increased the temperature by sitting in the drivers seat and doing somthing.
Alas, it is raining and lousy here in New York State and the rear defrost doesn't work at all. Can anyone tell me if there is a fix (a sequence of buttons and knobs) that will re-activate or increase the temperature (just in case the dealer shut it off or reduced it by accident)?
Thanks.
