92 Volvo 940 GL no spark

Hello Volvo community. Looking for some knowledge on this model and the ignition coil that sends a signal to the distributor. Ordered a new coil and the ends don't seem like they even touch the contacts on the box where it sits in the housing. This is the Regina model with the red block. Any help is appreciated thanks. All wires and plugs have been swapped including distributor that was cracked when I bought it. Also swapped out crankshaft position sensor, wire was frayed
