Can anybody shed light on how to remove the rubber trim pieces below the windows on the exterior of the car. Mine are cracked and ugly and I want to replace with new.
Thanks in advance

Ok-I received the new Volvo replacement trim. After watching a couple of you tube videos - mb trim removal and Ford Fusion.
You just pull out slightly at the door jamb end and pull upwards with your hands. The two fron units need to have the mirror taken off because the end is slightly behind the mirror.

Yes, moving it now. Thank you.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.
Also -> Amazon link. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Hi, This is 9 years later, but I'm wondering if you know the part number for the exterior trim and where you were able to find the belt window strips. I think 31253001 is the part I need for the exterior rear passenger windowstrip, but it's listed as discontinued by Volvo and other sites.
Any help you could provide would be appreciated! Thanks,
Tom
