Stockholm to Paris in a 855R

Hello everyone,

I always wanted a T5R or 850R but living in France almost none are ever for sale, so i decide to buy mine in Sweden and bring it back.
I bought this 855R with an M59 box in Stockholm and drove it all the way back to Paris.

Here are a few pics along the way. Still lot of things to fix on it so i will have a few questions soon

Well I did this on just 2 days with a very good friend. We did an article for the french Octane magazine issue of October/November ( we are both photographer ).

So we left Stockholm around 3pm on friday, headed directly to Malmo, slept there. Then we went to Copenhagen, crossed onto Germany via a ferry from the south of Danemark. Then the plan was to go to Amsterdam but we though going to the Ring would be a better idea ahah. That saturday we did 1150km and 16hours in the car... the car didn't drink a single drop of oil, used 9L per 100km at 120kph. Both me and my friend are petrolhead since very young and we were amazed by the Volvo ( It has 360k km on the dash ). We even did a 261kph on the autobahn following a M135i whom the driver couldn't believed it !!

We then sleep in the back of the car at the Nordschleife, woke up early on sunday and did a lap of the track at 8pm. We then headed off to Paris, another 600 easy Km but all went perfect !

I absolutely love that car ! Had more than 30 cars before and planing to keep this one for good !!

That is awesome. I miss my 850.
