It keeps telling me my posts are submitted but then that it is not found?

Not really new just couldn't log in as myself? It kept telling me my passwork was wrong and when I tried to do the lost password it said email wasn't registered so tried to re register for my old name and email and was told they already exist is there a way to reset my old Username password etc.? Username volvo850black email [email protected].
