Just got 2 cases of the Rotella T6 delivered from Walmart today. I do buy from them a few times a year and never seen a substitution screen. Every state has different consumer regulatory rules. Perhaps large businesses have lobby and passed a substation policy to create easier (guarantee) and more (flexible) sales. Most people who need a product will unlike enthusiast just say, what the eck they're all the same, good enough.
