Every forum I've ever run across for this stuff is very orthodox, no chit-chat, focused questions only. This is just a wide open thread.
I have a general grasp of the fundamentals of Best Practices in both areas to some degree, but don't always actually do them due to time or lack of a clear process.
Anyone here a Linux web server admin, or DBA?
