Hi everyone I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust on a c70 t5 2000, I'm assuming I can fit the s60r manifold as it won't change the position of the turbo is this correct?
I'm also looking to get a 3" downpipe but I am having trouble finding for this model, would the downpipe from the s60 and v70 fit the c70?

So with a little more research I'm now thinking the downpipe fitment for the s60 won't fit the c70 although the manifold will, would be great if anyone can confirm this.
If the s60r manifold will fit a c70 am I correct in thinking the r turbo will fit as well?

The S60R manifold will fit, also it is the same manifold on all 04 - 09(?) 2.5l engines. No the S60 downpipe will probably not fit, designed for a different body style. Use the downpipes listed for 99-2000 S70s and V70s. (or 98-99 depending on when UK used Electronic throttles, and then when they changed to the V-70 series II and S60.) There are kits to adapt the K24 turbo to the P80 cars, but it won't just bolt-in with no supporting changes.
Also, when you go to the later exhaust manifold, you will need to bring over the heat shield as well, it was changed.

Current Volvos:
1998 V70 T5, 112k sat 5 years, still in mechanical coma (finally at the top of the pile )
2004 XC90 T6 AWD: 186k, 60 on transaxle ( traded in )
1998 POS70 N/A: DD/training aid, 236k but really about 240k, I think...ABS module( passed on to son who sold it)

the supporting changes will be the oil and water plumbing for the turbo, and the charge pipe to the intercooler. I don't know about the fresh air pipe for the turbo.
Forum member BMDubya1198 may have more info, I think he's running a K24 on an N motor.

Looks like the same downpipe I have on my S80 2.4T (2001). I did a double check by the webshop (they checked with BSR) if it would fit the S80, as the S80 was not on the compatibility list. Build quality is excellent, still love it every day!
