I will add to this listing but want to get it up. We have decided to sell our 850 in an attempt to downsize. It is midnight blue. It has a full service history from 1997 which is hard to find. Timing belt is not due for 25k. I have maintained this vehicle for 2 years. In the last 2 years it has gotten a brand new radiator with new hoses and engine mounts. It held up on weekly commutes that were 300 miles each way, even with very cold weather. I will add more info when possible with pictures. I have rebuilt the suspension and axles. I put a new flex pipe on the exhaust manifold and fixed exhaust. I have gone through most of car in the last 2 years. There are a few issues I will list out. Some are mild cosmetic ones. The only mechanical issue is an ABS light that is persistent even after I put a new abs unit into it. I had it working for 1.5 years and now it lights up. The speedo and odometer still work. I have not checked the sensor that I suspect yet. It has texktar brakes and pads from Germany that i spent alot of money on for good parts. I just put a new caliper on it this winter as it was dragging with new rear brakes lines. Otherwise everything like heat, Ac, seat heat are excellent. There is a small oil leak, maybe a dot on the garage floor when I start it ever few times. I can't find small leak even after axle seals and front engine seals. the PCB blows great. The cosmetic condition of interior is also very good. It has served us very well and we are ready to pass it on. I would not hesitate to drive it to Alaska. There is a door scrape on the driver's side but I replaced the molding and it is not noticeable. One fender had a tiny bit if rust that I have frozen with stop rust. The tailgate had some paint pealing and it is not bad. The bumper was replaced before I got it and it is also pealing a tiny bit.

Very firm on price . I know you can find an 850 for 700$ on Craigslist but you will need more money to fix it up than just spend 1500 upfront. I am not looking to get back my money. I want to pass it into someone else as I do with most of my Volvos. The past owners maintenance receipts total 15K+ dollars.

It is located in Davenport Iowa. Can easily be delivered to Chicago or Iowa city or somewhere in between
