1998 V70XC, Seattle WA, 222k, $200, needs work

EDIT 2/5/22: to scrap (Northern European Auto Recyclers) - will post a few pulled/spare items in another post.
My beloved '98 has had a good run; I wish I had more time and a place to work on it but life sometimes gets in the way. Price is highly negotiable, given the car's state.

Edit: mostly trying not to scrap, hence post in Volvo forum and not CL.

B5254T, Aisin AW50-42, gen I AWD (viscous coupling), STI steering box. Tires about 45k on Michelin X-Tour

The good:
- it runs - quite well, trans just flushed and shifts seamlessly
- interior good; no torn leather just cracks
- just about every electronic component works - windows, locks, sunroof, all lights int/ext, radio, seats, mirrors, washers
- I have full service history from mile 0; I'm 3rd owner
- oil changes every 3k, mostly highway miles up to 2021
- no recent codes
- see pdf for list of work done in the last few years. I mostly use IPD for parts or OE if goes to shop
- has Grom bluetooth hands free adapter installed which works well with stock radio
- Hella horn upgrade (relay + loud horns + wiring)
- brand new RH headlamp assy (aftermarket)

The bad:
- shop tested cooling system, very likely head gasket going (and it consumes half a reservoir of coolant over 2-3 weeks; I've replaced just about every other cooling component, rad doesn't leak that I or shop can tell)
- shop stated radiator is in need of replacement based on appearance & age
- breather system needs replacement/cleaning again (surprise!)
- RH front outer CV boot has a small hole and is flinging grease
- the front shock "pads" I believe are worn - these are at the very top of the shock towers. Car can shudder a bit in low speed, hard turns - it is clear the shock end sticks up and doesn't rest on the rubber stop.
- naturally the day before I pick up new (to me) car, the ignition lock fails! So it needs a new lock; switch works, car is driveable but looks like you stole it with a column pulled apart and switch dangling...

The ugly:
- hood clear coat is toast (oddly the rest of the paint is fine)
- it leaks oil, probably from the breather oil trap; I don't precisely track it but I estimate I add about 1.5 qts. / 3k.
- LH headlamp assy is mostly useless and just glows... glass is cracked & chrome on reflector is gone
- had 1 rear-end collision at low speed, bumper has ever-so-slight angle down, but no damage (other guy wasn't so lucky...)

I have a box of supplies & parts I'll throw in as well:
- Mahle OC204 oil filters + crush washers for oil change
- cam sensors (one dead, the other was a working pull)
- crank sensor (should work, I replaced as a precaution)
- used, VIN matched ECU which should work (but I opened to do a bit of reverse engineering on)
- misc. replaced parts which could have some utility as a stand in prior to new parts arriving

I need to move this car prior to registration lapsing, will take to yard on Feb 5th. Not going to part it as I don't have space or time.
