WTB: 850/v70 Estate 5spd in NC / SE USA Topic is solved

I am looking for a manual transmission p80 era estate / wagon and am in NC/TN/VA area. Can travel to some degree but closer is better.

Preference is actually an NA/ non turbo 850 for simplicity and maintenance cost, but I am newish so this may be misinformed.

Looking for something closer to a daily driver than a project car that is fairly clean / complete / minimal to no rust, but here to learn these cars and not afraid of some wrenching and minor stuff to sort out.

Not interested in sedans or automatics. Must be manual and wagon/estate.
