that can be done with 3-4 nuts, a mated bolt, a machine screw, a couple of pieces of flat stock or angle iron and some roll spring pins..
sometimes they last longer, sometimes they don't...
or you can by some automotive tools from harbor freight/your local equivalent, and modify'em/mash'em

In the Northeast and North of the Medical Care Line, those tools have limited value.
Most just burn out the delta bushings - a hot, sticky, smelly mess of melting rubber.
