1989 244 DL—NJ/NYC—needs a lot of work, make an offer!

1989 244 DL
2nd owner
only one minor fender bender (5 mph at best), had to replace one headlight, trim doesn't sit quite right underneath it, otherwise body looks great
just under 200k miles
parked as of Feb 2011, but was still running at the time
Transmission is shot, drove almost exclusively in 2nd gear which is why I got a newer Volvo
Mechanic also told me a lot of suspension needs replacing
Just checked on it last week, unfortunately now comes with mildew smell

If there's anyone who doesn't mind putting some time in to get it running again, I would ideally like this car to get back on the road, rather than have to just send it to a junk yard.

I'm also posting under the Parts section, since I only have about a week to get it out of the driveway, and parting out seems more likely than finding a buyer.
