1997 850 T5, NOR CAL / Bay Area, $1000

Hi all -
Project car for someone who wants a project. This is a '97 850T wagon, black. Runs well, drives well, but has problems – suspension needs work, and needs a new breather system. (See this thread - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=90191 )

Odometer quit @ 151k, probably ~ 190k on it now.

It's up for smog (which it passed last time through, with the help of a new cat...) and re-registration so i'd like to move it quickly if I can.

Someone backed into a few years ago (hit and run . . . ) so it has a little damage to the front left (pictured)

I should say, also, that while I'm in northern CA, I could potentially get it to someone in western OR or WA. Thanks. $1000 nominally, but entertaining offers. Would like to see it go to someone who will work on it.

Bumping this just in case anyone can do anything with it – car failed smog for stupid reasons (gas cap, blue smoke, bulb out in the CEL) and I need to move. Obviously would need to get those things fixed (and through smog) before selling, but it's yours (for whatever you offer) if you can do the work on it to get it through smog.

And/or: if anyone wants any parts off of it before I take it to the pick and pull, let me know. Thanks.
