V 40 rear door lock stuck Topic is solved

The rear door lock on my V 40 is stuck and I can't open the hatch with key or remote? I can put the key in and I can turn the key but no luck in opening the hatch, any suggestions? Nothing is stuck in the locking mechnism too. I took it to the dealer and they said it would be at least $145 just in labor to remove the back panel and they said they might break the back panel in the process to look at the lock to see what's going. Any help would be great.
