2003 v70 2.4t where is the fuel pump relay?

2003 used a module controlled fuel pump, using the CEM and the PEM rather than the relay based analogies systems.

Where is the PEM located?

I saw a utube video showing the PEM right on top of the fuel tank.is that right?

It can be there was but there was also a Volvo procedure to move it into the trunk on some cars.

Look for a small flat black thing, about 10cm square. On top of the tank , right side

Hard to troubleshoot unless you have a scope and Signal analysis toolkit.

Used off the web is under $50
