xc70 "thump" while driving & P0600, P0863, U0002 Topic is solved

So in the morning i have no issues, I drive to work (14mile) no problem.
on the way back car make a thump, like metal sound, and i stop, i get a trans service alarm, the dails (RPM+enging thermostat) go flat and un responsive. car drives normal, except when i go to standstill, then it feel like (if it was manual trans) , like I'm trying to go from standstill on 2nd gear, its slow and takes extra gas pedal push. after 10mile speed all is normal.
if i let the car sit for a couple hours, all is well again, not service light, no check engine light, until ... a couple hours later it happens all over again.

Solved, no issues since i did this terminal spray cleanup as talked about here in the video.
but i got the actuall tool, so much simpler and its just 20-25$
