2004 XC70 rear quarter window replacement

Does anyone have any guidance or insight on how to remove a rear quarter window? I've found a replacement but not sure on the removal of the busted one on my 2004 XC70. Thanks in advance. This is for my military 2004 XC70 xc70 bought new in Germany during my time overseas.
