I have a 2005 S60 R. I ran her front bumper up on a parking stop. When I backed up, the bumper cover popped off on the passenger side. I have tried to re-attach it, but it doesn't seat properly.
Do I need to pull it off all the way and then put it back on?
Are there clips holding it on?
I could really use some diagrams and advice on how to make the repair.
I have attached some pictures.
Thanks.

Sagging Bumper Fix for V70 and S60 Volvos
I just had the same thing happen tonight...Was able to get it seated back into place, but the screw that had previously been holding it in place was broken off.
The bumper cover is in fine condition...Just need to be able to safely re-attach it.
Not trying to hi-jack, just saying diagrams would be helpful for me as well.
Mine is a 2006 S60 though, so I may just make a separate topic.

This is the part you'll either adjust, or have to buy (and adjust) if it's broken. Inspect it first.
1. Use a torx to dial the screw (and the circled plastic bit) toward the front of the car.
2. Using your hands, push the bumper back up, slotting the tabs and lip under the headlight where they go.
3. Pull the bumper back so that the tabs of the piece circled in the photos "catches" the catch in the bumper. The tabs (arrowed) will find their place on the bumper.
4 Use the torx to dial the screw so that the circled plastic bit moves toward the rear of the car, snugging up the bumper.
If you need this piece, it may work for your S60. I'll sell you the one in the photos, I've never used it. It's for a 2004 V70R, but I suspect they are the same. It's up to you to do your homework.

Just wanted to follow up. Your suggestions worked perfectly. My clip was not broken. I was able to loosen the clip, put the bumper in the channel and over the clip, and then tighten the clip (see the yellow arrows in the above picture). Tightening the clip pulled the bumper back into alignment.
Thanks for your help!

I just broke that small clip inside the $20 part (mount bracket at Tasca). If you still have your right side part, and want to sell it, let me know. No worries either way.
