Warning to anyone buying a 3 day subscription

I purchased a 3 day subscription yesterday at 5:49pm. I tried to use my user ID for Volvotechinfo.com where I purchased the software in VIDA for 4 plus hours that night and finally looked up the Volvo dealer Saturday Hours and I was at the dealership when they open the door. It was 1.25 hours away from my house. Then I look at my phone while I was waiting for the work to be done(great dealership to work me in) and I looked at my emails and 5 full hours after my order for my 3 day subscription Volvo tech info sends me a user ID and a temporary password for my single license subscription. WTC I thought 5 full hours later at 10:53pm after I had just been beyond frustration trying to get this to work. I am appealing to them to try to get a refund on my $77.72 I spent for the 3 day subscription but they do have a policy for no Refunds on subscriptions. I have sent them a copy of my dealer invoice and described what happened. If anyone plans to try this please know what I did not. It takes 5 hours to get your user ID and password for your 3 day subscription and if you wait until a weekend when you have time to do this task please note they have no technical help available except on 1st shift M-F which is when I work too. I hope this helps someone not go through what I did and waste your time and money.
