Has anyone had this problem?...
XC70 fuel pump is leaking from the top of the yellow housing where there is a round piece with a cross in the middle. Looks like it's where the fuel return connects.
Please see photo attached...
Wondering if anyone has a fix that doesn't involve replacing the whole pump?

Re: XC70 fuel pump leaking from housing
If I remember well, this was a recall in hot areas and yours seems to be one of them. I think someone also tried some super glue, it may or not work. it's better to just replace the pump if Volvo doesn't want to pay for it

JB weld, the marine version is gas proof.
Clean area with brake cleaner if you have any, dry and apply,
fill that cup area and leave overnite to fully cure.

As above that JB Weld will button it up nicely.

I personally don't mess with JB Weld in this area b/c of safety issue.
