I am not a Banjo bolt guru, but from what I have read, the next time I am doing PCV tune-up, I will "gut" the internal pins inside the Banjo bolt to avoid engine damage.

Glad I installed a new banjo bolt PN 31325709 when I removed the intake manifold last month.
The PCV system was cleaned by PO but I didn't know if a new or used banjo bolt was installed during the service.

Here's my reflections on this part
The PCV banjo supplies vacuum to the PCV box when the throttle valve is closed. It's a 17 mm heD with two copper Orings which screws into the intake manifold on the right side, underneath
With the alternator in the car, there is no clearance to remove the banjo, do it has yo be installed before the intake manifold is installed onto the studs
If you lift the manifold too high, that click you hear is the hard plastic line snapping., a $150 "event"
The hard part is the coolant hose is tensioning the banjo in two directions away from threading correctly, so you have to get it aligned while fighting the rubber hose.
The easiest way is probably to push PS out of the way and remove alternator.
I did think about attaching the banjo bolt, the then threading the PCV hose around the head, then connecting the hose to the PCV box.
