Engine Mounts
How do I diagnose each of these mounts ? I've already changed 3 out of the 5. But still haven't solved the issue.

Vibrations or shifting problems ? The third picture is the upgraded one, should be fine. Second one see vid. Last one doesn't really go that bad because it can't move too much - but may start knocking a bit

I replaced the upper, side and transmission mounts. The only two, I didn't change are the first picture (front and back lower mounts).
Here's the issue... when the car is parked and turned off if I push the car forwards and backwards, I hear a squealing sound. Also the motor jumps up and down when I'm pushing the car forwards and backwards. Is that normal ??

My recommendation is to change them all if your car is older. I changed them all and upgraded 2 out of 5 with polyurethane versions (optional off course). If you have shifting issues, change the transmission mount. Shifting was way better after replacing it.
