Yeah they're also new too. More of a vibration from a stop feels like driveline related, not so much a noise or rattle.

That does sound like the cheap cv's you installed.Blacklab467 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 2:54 pm Yeah they're also new too. More of a vibration from a stop feels like driveline related, not so much a noise or rattle.
I think I'd try some used OEM's from Erie Volvo.

I grabbed some really nice OEM GKN Loebro shafts from the boneyard today, no more vibration!! My first aftermarket set of shafts lasted 1 and a half years, replaced with Cardone, vibration right away from new, tried a new set or Cardones, vibration was the same.
Never use aftermarket parts again! I also grabbed a really nice set of OEM struts and springs off the same car and put those in. Much better ride. The Chinese aftermarket strut/spring/bearing mount lasted 3 months and the bearings went loose but the ride height and the spring rate were all wrong with the aftermarket ones.
I'm going back to the boneyard tomorrow to pull two Bevel gears in hopes of finding one good one. If the bevel gear is like the rest of the parts that I pulled off today on that car, I should be successful!
Word to the wise: don't bother with Chinese CV Joints! Although I have gotten pretty fast at changing them!
