Had a 4 wheel alignment and road force balance on all four wheels. Cars tracks very straight and no vibration up to 80 mph. Next week I'll press above 80 mph since I'll be on I-95 and 80 will sometimes get you the finger for driving to slow!

I need to do the same on my car minus the coolant bottle. I need to change out the turbo cooling inlet hose while I replace the gaskets on the oil outlet pipe, figured it would be a good time for a flush while I drain a little coolant since I have none of the Walmart "coolant" left.

Replaced the lower turbo coolant hose and the gasket and o-ring on the turbo oil return line. Whatever you guys do, BUY GENUINE VOLVO! Do NOT buy the iPd silicone hose. I eventually got it on, but it took forever. The silicone hose is very small, and it just barely slips on after lots of fighting with it. Also make sure you drain the radiator before doing this job. I figured the coolant that would come out would only be what was in the turbo. Oh no... it's the whole system. Glad I picked up a thermostat and gasket this morning...
I plan to do a coolant flush tomorrow and fill with Zerex G-05 and install the new t-stat. Hopefully it goes a little better than today's project and she'll be back on the road! Now to find where to recycle antifreeze... ugh...

Antifreeze can go down drain in liter quantities. Lots of water to protect pets

I've got a little over 2 gallons right now as my dad flushed the coolant in his E39 the other day. Interesting though...
