Well, if we're being honest, I'm not exactly sure. In one trip to the junkyard, we grabbed three parts:

Ignition coil
Camshaft sensor
Throttle position sensor

If I had to guess, it was the ignition coil. But whatever it was, we moved on to the next problem, and there we still are.
