UPDATE #8
I think I am going to rebuild Storm's engine. About a 6-8 month rebuild. I'll use the junk car engine for Storm's broken parts.
I finally got sick and tired of having <1" of clearance for my driver door being open.
Last night, I jacked up the Storm and rolled it away from the junk car. Then I got out the angle grinder, recip saw, welding gloves, and welding hood. I got most of the engine bay frame cut off. I have decided to keep the hinges with frame in case I want to repurpose them for a compartment. I also removed the brake lines with rear driver side brake hose and caliper. I am tired of the handbrake cables being in the way so I cut the driver side cable off while I had the rear driver wheel off. To make that much space for the Cloud, I moved the Storm down the driveway. I used some heavy duty nylon rope to anchor the hood inside the engine bay of junk car.
This morning, I moved the engine sideways, swept up all leaves and trash, and finally soaked and scrubbed the nasty kitty litter-soaked cement with STREAMS of orange AJAX. As you can see the Cloud now has loads of clearance on both sides. WHOO WHOO!
