The high beam/low beam shifter works only once in a while. It will shift to high beam but returns to low as soon as the arm is released. I suspect the headlight relay to be malfunctioning.
- How do i locate the relay? It does not seem to sit around the others under the instruments and beside the fuses as the rest of the relays.
- Does anyone know how to test and if in need to repair a relay?
- Are there any other places to look for faults?
240, 1993, locate headlight relay

It is next to the battery.
The only way to test a relay is by replacing it with a known good one.
You can open the case to see if any solder joints have come apart and re-solder them.
The switch itself may have developed a fault.
Bill.
