Problem with my cluster s60 2003

Problem with my cluster s60 2003

I have a 2003 s60 volvo and I had a message on my board 'SRS airbags urgent service', and all the control panel information did'nt work. I rush to a dealer, and they told me I need a new cluster at $1,300.00. I went to another garage who told me the same diagnostic. He found a used cluster and he replaced, but still nothing worked.He found a another one and still doesn't work. Did I got the right diagnostic? Can anybody help me out with this issue?

I had the same thing happen to my v70. The dealer told me that the clusters are a one time use only so a used one would not work for me. I replaced it and no problems since. Yes that part is a small fortune its to bad used ones are not usable.
