I think all of the major volvo forums should ban together, host a bake sell, and then WE should buy Volvo. :D

I heard this about 5 months ago, and I was so mad. Then I felt better once Ford said it's a rumor, but now I guess it's back on.

There was an article online saying that Geely can make a new S40 be $13000. So what? It's gonna be Asian junk.

Volvos will loose all quality, safety and everything they've stood for for the past 82 years. Disgrace.

see what happen if volvo trucks asks chinaman to make their trucks.

it transformed into "HOWO trucks".

and maybe one day u can see "HOWO S80T4" (4cyl) or "HOWO S60T2" (miniature s60 with 2cyl) hahahaha.......

what is Volvo Truck doing about this?

Volvo Trucks is still owned by AB Volvo I believe, I don't think they'd even think about letting go of the truck division, or the Penta marine division.

I see a lot of stories on here about folks who walk away from an accident with a few cuts and bruises because they trusted in a reliable brick. I just hope that Geely can honor the Volvo tradition. Like the song says "...as sure as safety is a main priority"
