How do i address the message on my dash board, anti -skid is temporarily off. I have no brakes.

You still have brakes.....
The anti-skid warning means you no longer have computer assisted traction control/anti-lock brakes. So if you are in the rain and you hit the brakes suddenly, they will probably lock up. You need to take the vehicle to a repair shop that has VIDA and have it diagnosed.
