Can anybody direct me to a good site or place to buy a New or Used Fuel pump? Its for a 94 Volvo turbo wagon.

You can try volvoparts.com. Talk to Dan in parts dept. One of the cheapest and friendly retailers. check the website and give them a call. they don't have everything listed.
