V70 1997 AC 'Clicking Noise'

Hi, Any pointers on a rapid 'clicking noise' from behind the dash, near radio on drivers side, sounds like a relay or soleniod clicking, not the radio, stops when the AC is turned off ?

I just heard the same problem after my AC relay was replaced last week.
It was the AC turning on and off along with something else behind the dash.

I filled the AC system with R134a, as my mechanic said the compressor was cycling on and off by itself.

Now, the clicking has gone away entirely and my AC runs continuously on demand.

Cheers for commnet, turned out it was the damper motor, removed it, cleaned it and refitted it and now all ok, cheers
