Exhaust shop in Colorado Springs

Can anyone recommend a muffler shop in the Colorado Springs area.

I haven't had any exhaust work done on my Volvo. I tend to refer to Import Specialty Auto, 633-0136, over on Boulder for direction on where to go. They have always done me good on advice and their work on my 850. I did get a muffler and tailpipe replaced on my truck at a hole in the wall shop that does good work and is trustworthy, on the east side of town, Bowers Automotive, 596-4818.

its not in the Springs, but if you ever go up north, Collins Muffler in Loveland does really good work

Hello,

Anyone able to recommend a shop (within 100 miles of Colorado Springs) that will undertake the 'JRL Mod' for me. That is the one where the resonator(?) or first muffler is removed and about 3 feet of straight pipe is welded into the system. I guess that a weight loss is the only verifiable improvement, which is enough for me. The old posts say about $100 is a good price for this work.
