haha, no I have never dealt with Don or Jamie. As far as FCP goes I have no complaints what so ever with them. Also, when I buy a part I don't really care who I am buying it from or how nice they are to me, I just want the part. Therefore, customer service ranks pretty low as far as what's important to me.

Apparently all of these recommendations for Darrell Waltrip Volvo have led to them being a victim of too much success. I just tried to order a couple of items and Don told me he was so covered up with orders, he would have to call me back tomorrow.

Got the car fixed real nice with parts from various recommendations, and a great mechanic who works for $45.00 here in Ontario ( when everyone else is $90.00?hr++).
